Milstein Stacks
Edu-tainment Series: Production / Post
Every day, visitors relax and delight in Bryant Park, the beautiful public park behind the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building of the New York Public Library. To the surprise of many, there is an unexpected, massive trove hidden beneath it—millions of treasures from the Library’s vast research collections, preserved in a state-of-the-art storage environment called the Milstein Research Stacks.
As part of a suite of projects for this New York City institution, including both the “Made at NYPL” series and their “Treasures” series, Surrender again partnered with the New York Public Library, this time to develop a film detailing the intricate and iconic facility as it supports millions of curious New Yorker readers annually.
